Why does the San Diego region need Leaders 2020?
Leaders 2020's Mission Statement
Leaders 2020’s mission is to drive civic engagement among young people in the San Diego region, particularly with the purpose of advancing environmentally and economically sustainable solutions for growth and ensuring a high quality of life in the region.
Leaders 2020 partners with businesses, organizations, and civic leaders to inform, inspire and prepare emerging leaders to create positive change in their communities through convenings, networking events and other educational and outreach activities.
Leaders 2020 is non-partisan and inclusive: any person in his or her twenties or thirties and currently residing in the San Diego region is welcome to join regardless of political or other affiliations.
